Marshallthon Video Collab Channel
OMG guys.... Marshallthon! It's almost here! And you know what that means... time for some community made videos! Like last year, we'll be showing fun vids made by the community every time we reach a donation milestone. One of the things we noticed that was lots of fun to see but a bit hard to get the people for were the group vids. To make it easier to collaborate with other dancers for your video idea this year, we've launched the Marshallthon Video Collab Channel here [🎞️marshallthon-video-collabs ]!
Here's how it works:
(IMPORTANT) You'll want to get your vid idea approved first! Please create a ticket here [ 📩tickets ] with a general description of what you want to do (this is also for non group submits too) for those of you who want to submit a Marshallthon Milestone video this year.
After your idea is approved and you need some people for your vid, please create a post in the 🎞️marshallthon-video-collabs channel describing your idea. Please follow the post guidelines when structuring your post ( you can follow the example post as a guide too)
Dancers who want to help out can comment in the post. Posters can take it from there and coordinate recordings etc.
Once the vid is done, Please Don't post it in the post, post it in the ticket you create in #1. We want to keep the final vid a surprise for everyone!
And that's it! Remember, this channel is NOT a requirement to submit a video for Marshallthon (only creating a ticket to get your idea approved is). It's just a tool you can use to help get people for your vid. If you already have people in mind, feel free to work with them directly! We'll be making a more detailed announcement in the coming days for all you newbies, we just want to get this live to give ya more time to work on your vids~
