VRD Bot Rework

Heyaaa! In the background the team has been hard at work at completely reworking the back-end of the VRD bot. In fact, the bot already runs on a completely new codebase since yesterday and all of the old legacy code that was holding us back is now gone.

This is super exciting, a lot of common issues some of you were having with the bot should be resolved and it allows our amazing bot developers to add more cool new features more easily. We got some really cool ideas for the future.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ahriana and Silentt for their amazing work on this, completely reworking an existing system thats already deployed from scratch and stealthily swapping out a codebase is no small feat!

To comply better with Discords restrictions for bots, the VRD bot will no longer DM you about XP. This is unfortunately not something we can work around. However, instead you will now receive a ping in #level-ups for each event that you attend, with details on whether you were already on your XP cap or not.
