- Added a Manual Mode to the VideoPlayer. When toggled from the admin menu you now get access to a standard videoplayer that supports streaming, pausing/playing, scrubbing through footage, etc.

- The database gets locked while this setting is active.

- Not all settings in the options menu work with the manual videoplayer. But resizing and mirroring work.

- Switching back to the standard VRDancing videoplayer can be slightly rough, if things break, let me know in #💬world-talk.

- Added references to the team thats behind the VRD infrastructure.

- The fans on the server rack now spin much faster! Good feedback @mintlily :apoi_laugh:

- Fixed the audio balance for some ambient sounds.

- Another potential fix for syncing issues when joining a very crowded instance.
